Pristine woods and mountain air.  Sooo many options for lodging, primitive camping to resorts, take your pick.  Check out their Olympic history. Do a little paddling, biking, hiking, camping in the summer. How about some skiing, snow mobility, and other snow activities in the winter!

My kind of place! And, there's lake placid. I wanna go to big moose lake!

I'm prejudiced so I think any travel in China will be super crowded with lots of people really close to you, cutting of lines, and behavior i will misconstrue as rude. I know I have some of these preconceived ideas because I'm ignorant when it comes to Chinese people and their culture. Nevertheless, visiting China is the only way to go to Pandora!  James Cameron got his inspiration for the hanging mountains from the landscapes and topography in the Zhangjiajie National Park.
