Places I'd like to visit

Delhi to Kanyakumari..as you realize this is more of a trip of the day than place of the day...my ideal trip would be to fly into Delhi, stay couple days, see the sights, and eat the food mostly, then get on the train and not get off for twooo daaays!  As a child I would travel in the general or sleeper cars, but this trip, I think I'd like to go 1ac or first class!  I will miss the open window, the noise from the tracks below, the wind in my face when I would get to sit next to the window! However, I'm old now and I need certain comforts! Alaska route 11, or Dalton highway...400 miles to the edge of the Arctic ocean, passing over the Yukon river, through the Alaskan national park and wildlife reserve, past the 66 latitude marking the Arctic circle and up to Deadhorse, in prudhoe bay. Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen), Norway...one of the best action movies, mission impossible: fallout, had a great action scene here. Uluru and Kata Tjuta!  Flight from Sydney takes 3.5 hours.  Driving (epic road trip) takes 2 to 3 days!  I want to go. Nome Alaska. One word...Iditarod. Almost 1200 miles of mountain ranges, frozen rivers, dense forests, desolate tundra and windswept coastline. I don't have to do the race. I do want to be in the presence of those magnificent creatures, the dogs!! I have always wondered how it goes for the dogs in this race. Here is the other side
