Place of the day! 10/24/2019 Nome Alaska

Nome Alaska.
One word...Iditarod. Almost 1200 miles of mountain ranges, frozen rivers, dense forests, desolate tundra and windswept coastline. I don't have to do the race. I do want to be in the presence of those magnificent creatures, the dogs!!
